Baby- Introduction of Nutrient Dense Foods: Eggs (Video)

Welcome back to the first video on my series of Introduction of Nutrient Dense Foods. If you missed my 5 month update video, don’t forget to check it out. If you have already done so, I will invite you to join me and learn more about what kinds of foods you can give your baby, how and when to feed your baby solid foods, and some methods and techniques you can apply for  easier feeding and traveling.

I always encourage women to seek professional advice. Most doctors in the US don’t often approve most of the foods I have been given my kids. If you live in the United States and want to find a doctor who works with your decisions, you might want to take a look at Paleo Physicians Network.

As a mother of 4, I have raised all of my children with natural/whole foods since the age of 4-6 months ( this doesn’t mean it’s time to stop breastfeeding!) and they all successfully eat most things an average baby wouldn’t eat or like such as organ meats, green vegetables and  traditional/fermented foods.

Highlights of this video:

Why are eggs important?     0:45

What kind of eggs should I buy?   3:05

How to feed your baby an egg?      4:56

Traveling and food?  7:19

How do you know if your baby is allergic to eggs?    13:32

Conclusions    16:01
